Joshua Baker serves as the Senior Pastor of Mission Northside. A Chicago native and the youngest of five brothers, Josh developed an early appreciation for faith, family, and community. He is a graduate of Lee University and holds a Master of Arts in Old Testament Studies from Columbia Theological Seminary.
Josh has a deep passion for the radical redemption of the lost and seeing renewal in the church. He is a teacher, musician and loves cultivating authentic community in the church. Josh leads with a heart for helping people encounter God in meaningful ways. Outside of ministry, he finds joy in running, biking, camping, and fly fishing. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children, Miles and Georgia.
Alan is a bi-vocational pastor serving as Associate Pastor at Mission Northside.
Leila serves as the Associate Director of Children's Ministry while working full-time as the art teacher at Fairyland Elementary School.
Justin serves as the Children’s Pastor at Mission Northside and as the Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry at Mission Chattanooga
